Slice avocados and remove and discard pits; scoop out meat and place in large bowl. Juice the limes and add juice to avocados and make sure they are all coated. Add salt, cumin and cayenne, then take potato masher or wire whisk and blend thoroughly. Dice onions and tomatoes and add to bowl, then chop cilantro and mince garlic and add. With a fork mix until the guacamole is completely blended. Serve with chips. ¡Olé!
This is a simple and fun recipe and beats all "shortcut" guacamole recipes one can by taking 2 or 3 avocados and a packet of powder mix and blending.
