Mix 2 cups milk 4 tsp butter 1 tsp salt and 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix throughly 1/2 cup lukewarm water, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and 2 pkgs yeast.
Add step 1 and step 2 together.
Add 7 to 8 cups of flour to above mixture mixing one cup at a time.
Let entire mixture rise remix let rise again. This takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Roll out dough in long wide strips.
Cover strips with butter.
Cover strips with Sugar/Cinnamon mixture.
Roll up strips cut into 1/2 inch circles.
Place circles into round pans making sure that the circles touch each other slightly.
Let rise in pans approximately 20 minutes.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool. Invert pans over dinner plates to remove.
Best eaten when warm.
