preheat oven to 325 degrees
put half of the gravy into a casserole (oven proof) and spread it around to cover the surface, then add turkey, sweet potatoes, spoonfuls of stuffing and remainder of the gravy
Cover tightly w/ foil and place on center oven rack.
After 25 minutes, remove foil and continue to bake until bubbly. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
After a strenuous Christmas Day, this recipe is quick, delicious and most of all easy. Do your own thing and add peas, etc if you choose.
