Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream corn
  • 2 cans whole corn
  • 2 box's of Jiffy corn bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 8 oz sour cream

Cooking Instructions

Mix together everything execept butter in lg. mixing bowl.

Pour into a 13 x 9 cake pan

Slice butter in half length wise and place on top.

Bake at 400 for `1 hour. Knife or tooth pick should come out clean.

I got this recipe from my brothers first wife and it has always been a favorite with my kids.
