To make the fritters:
1. Combine the stock, water, or soy milk with the flour. Mix to form a paste.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except for oil.
3. Heat oil in pan, and drop batter by spoonfuls into oil.
4. Fry until lightly brown, and serve with Russian Sauce.
To make the sauce:
1. Drop tofu into boiling water, and boil for 1 - 2 minutes.
2. Drain tofu, and combine with the next six ingredients. Blend until creamy and smooth.
3. Mix in onions, olives, and parsley, and serve over fritters.
