Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each)) turkey chili with beans
  • 4 purchased corn muffins
  • 1 lb purchased, dressed coleslaw

Cooking Instructions

Heat chili in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly.

Meanwhile cut muffins crosswise in thirds. Place bottoms on dinner plates; spoon on half the chili. Top with muffin middles, remaining chili, then muffin tops. Serve with the coleslaw.
