Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1/2 small onion

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in 3 qt casserole dish. Beat eggs and water, add Jiffy mix, corn and onion. (I saute the onion, but you don't have to). Mix all together well and pour over melted butter. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes, depending on your oven.

Whole family loved it!

I made this dish, omitting the onion because I'm cooking for three small children with picky taste, and everyone loved it.
