Put stuffing mix and corn in a large bowl. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet. Add onion, celery, pepper and ham; sauté 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add 2 cups water and remaining 1 Tbsp butter to skillet; bring to a boil. Add to stuffing; toss to moisten.
Stuff neck and body cavities of turkey. Spoon remaining stuffing into a greased baking dish; drizzle with 1/4 cup water. Cover and bake at 350°F 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Planning Tip: Can be made through Step 2 up to 2 days ahead. Bag and refrigerate stuffing until ready to stuff turkey. Stuff the bird just before roasting.
