Peel and cube the potatoes and parboil. When about half done, drain and trasfer to frying pan with some grease in it to brown. About 5 minutes before they are done, add onion. Just before they are done, crumble the corned beef and add to dish just to heat.
Served by mu Mother to feed her large family during the depression. We loved it so much we all still make it and our children love it.
