Ingredients

  • 1 3lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups shreded cheddar
  • 1 pk onion soup mix
  • 3 cups instant mash potatoes (maid)
  • 1 1/2 cup worestshire
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 2 pinches salt and pepper
  • 1 16oz frozen peas and carrots

Cooking Instructions

Brown ground beef drain, add two cups of water and onion soup mix and woresthire salt and pepper simer until boils

In a little bowl mix corn starch and a 1/2 cup of water add to boiling mixture turn off heat .Mix until mixture is thick.Add peas and carrots mix

put in baking pan cover with mash potatoes .Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 30 min. tak out of oven.let stand for 10 min.
