Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Lean Hamburger
  • 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Medimum Onion (chopped)
  • 1 10 oz. can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sage
  • 1/4 cup A-1 Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Topping

1 15.25oz.Can Hunts Seasoned Tomato Sauce

Preheat oven to 350degrees F.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

Spray 5 X 9 dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Transfer mixture to dish and place in oven on center shelf for 1 hour.

Pour topping over the meatloaf and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.

Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before slicing and seving.
