Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons diced green pepper
  • 3 tablespoons minced scallions
  • Romaine lettuce leaves

Cooking Instructions

Mix the crab, mayonnaise, milk, chili sauce, lemon juice, green pepper and scallions in a large bowl.

Set the mixture atop beds of romaine lettuce and serve.
