Crab Toasties

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can 6-7-0z deluxe crab meat
  • 1/2 t season salt
  • 1 1/2 t mayo
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1 pkg English Muffins

Cooking Instructions

Rinse crab meat and squeeze through a small colander.

Cut English Muffins in half and dust away the crumbs.

Mix all ingredients together and spread over English Muffins. Freeze (for up to 6 months). If using soon...freeze for at least 24 hours.

Thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes. Using serated edged knife cut the muffin in 1/8 ths.

Bake at 350* for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve on platter with greenery
