Preheat the oven to 325F with the rack in the center position. In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk in the apple cider and cranberry sauce. Place the pan over medium heat and continue whisking until the mixture thickens. Stir in the dried cranberries and remove the pan from the heat.
Place the pork in a shallow roasting pan and spoon 1/2 cup of the cranberry cider mixture over the top. Insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the roast and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, basting occasionally with the reserved cranberry cider mixture, until the thermometer registers 160F. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing it. Spoon the pan juices and cranberries over the meat before serving.
