Ingredients

  • sift together
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 t soda
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 C sugar
  • cut in and mix thoroughly
  • 1/4 C margarine
  • add: 3/4 C orange juice
  • 1 beaten egg
  • fold into batter
  • : 1 C cranberries (cut in half) wash first
  • 1/2 C chopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

bake 1 hr at 350 in greased (spray with pam) bread pan
