Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup light cream or 0 half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp. prepared pesto sauce
  • 6 slices French or Italian bread , 1/2-thick, toasted

Cooking Instructions

Stir the soup, milk, cream and lemon juice in a 2-quart saucepan. Heat the soup mixture over medium heat until it's hot.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the pesto on each toast slice. 

Divide the soup among 6 serving bowls. Float a pesto crouton on each bowl of soup.
