Fill 6 qt pot with water and bring to boil. Add salt and a few drops of olive oil for flavor and to keep the pasta from sticking. Cook 1 bag of frozen ravioli according to pkg instructions. Approx. 8-10 minutes. Stirring occasionally to assure non-sticking. Drain. At the same time, bring a small pot of water to boil. Cook frozen creamed spinach according to package instructions. After draining ravioli, place in serving dish and pour cooked creamed spinach over pasta. Mix well, sprinkle grated cheese over it and salt & pepper to taste. Serves 4-5 *Can mix in mini meatballs or sliced cooked Italian hot or sweet sausage for a heartier non-vegetarian meal.
