Very Easy and quick

I usually make fried chicken the old southern way, however I was not feeling well last weekend and was looking for a quick and easy way for the hubby to help me make some dinner and found this recipe. We all loved it and it sure does save time in the kitchen which is always nice.

Good

The chicken was easy to make but I would have to rate it as good not excellent. This would be a good recipe to alter with rosemary and or other herbs...needs garlic!!

yummy chicken

This is the best ovened fried chicken. I marinated it in buttermilk over night. I flipped it over after thirty minutes. I also used butter flavored cooking spray instead of butter.

Baked Crispy Chicken

Delicious . I did cut down on the butter drizzle. You only need a little. That's all I changed on the recipe. I'll make this again & again.

My siblings and I couldn't wait to sit down to supper when Mom was making this delicious chicken. The cornmeal in the coating gives each juicy golden piece a wonderful crunch. -Karen Wingate, Coldwater, Kansas
