preheat oven 375, line a baking sheet w/ foil, grease foil, process bread crumbs into coarse crumbs in a food processor, place crumbs in a plastic bag, add parsley and parm.
brush chicken w/ oil sprinkle w/ salt & pepper, pour butter milk into a shallow baking dish add chicken turning to coat.
place chicken one piece @ a time into plastic bag , shake evenly to coat , repeat until all pieces are coated.
place chicken in a single layer on prepared baking sheet sprinkle w/ paprika. bake until juices run clear when the thickest portion of meat is pierced w/ a knife about 45 mins,.
