Ingredients

  • 16 oz fresh or frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4 oz cans Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 4 ? oz cans Campell's condensed cheddar soup
  • 1 tbs seasoned salt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (I vidalia)
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Instructions

So simple: put in all in the crock pot mix it well cook on low for 8 hrs or so. Stir every couple hours.

Recipe Notes

You can really toss anything else in it you like. If you find it's getting a little too thick, just stir in some milk little by littleuntil you get the consistency you want. Works as a meal by itself or an appetizer. I made a couple crock pot

Not so Good

Maybe it was me but this was the worst slow cooker meal I ever made. I had to through it out. I love this soup. Maybe someone tell me what I did wrong.

To avoid confusion

It appears that for the condensed milk and soup..its 4 cans of each. If you'll notice...the recipe calls for 16 oz of broccoli. 4 oz is not nearly enough to cover a pound of broccoli.

Are the ingredients 4 cans each of evap milk and soup? OR 4 OZ of each? confusing.
