Crunchy Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Crabmeat drained and flaked (substitute imitation crabmeat)
  • 10 oz Frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder (if desired)
  • 3 oz chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, combine the crab, peas, celery, and onion; set aside. Combine the mayonaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic salt, and curry powder; add to the crab mixture and toss to coat. Stir in the chow mein noodles and almonds. Serve cold.
