Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in electric skillet on medium and brown cube steak, adding salt and pepper to taste as desired. Drain excess oil after browned.

While steaks are browning mix together both cans of soup and 1 can of water. For a thinner gravy add more water. Pour soup mix over steaks and bring up to slight boil.

Turn down temperature to low and cover and cook for 1 hr 30 minutes, turning cube steaks occasionally and stirring the liquid. Serve meat, liquid makes and wonderful gravy for both the meat and mashed potatoes.
