get a peeler to slice of skin on cucumber than cut into slices. slice bell pepper (be sure to rinse seeds off of pepper.) cut onoin to desired size. put all choped food into a bowl add your vinager evoo salt pepper sugar. mix. done. I like the sweeter bell and onion beacause it helps the harshness on the vinager
love it and will go with any meal. light and my 4 yr. old will eat it!
