Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 medium cucumbers
  • 1 large sweet white onion
  • 1 cup sour cream (regular or light)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Cooking Instructions

Peel cucumbers. Slice kind of thin. (1/8 inch) If you don't like the seeds, cut cuke in half lengthwise first and scoop them out.

Slice peeled onion thin.

Place cucumber and onion slices in large bowl. Stir in sour cream and salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Best if you refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.

Recipe Notes

This is so easy and if you like cucumbers, sour cream and onions - you can't go wrong with it! Its really good after it sits in the fridge overnight.
