Dice chicken into 1 inch cubes Brown chicken in skillet over med. heat with just enough oil to keep from sticking Add all seasonings while browning Once chicken is brown add water and continue cooking for 5 mins. Next add milk, black beans and tomato soup Stir until well mixed. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender. (approx. 20 mins.) Stir occasionally to keep from sticking Serve over cooked rice or with flat bread

Good and EasyI'm not much of a curry fan, but this combination was delicious! It was easy to follow the directions which is a real plus for me,plus it was a fast way to make a really good dinner! I tried Jasmine rice with it and the nutty flavor added to the dish. |
