mix all ingredients except for ketchup and honey in a large bowl. transfer to a meatloaf pan or any baking pan. bake on 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. mix ketchup and honey together and pour on top and bake for additional 15 minutes or until ketchup and honey mix is hot.
great with mashed potatoes and peas. the leftover meatloaf make a delish sandwich.
