Brown together Ground Beef, Onions, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Salt & Pepper. Drain off fat. Add Red Pepper Flakes, Taco Seasoning, Tomato Sauce, Mushroom Soup, Water. Simmer, covered at least 30 minutes. Add tomato juice if extra liquid needed.
While simmering mixture, cook spaghetti. HINT. FOR PERFECT SPAGHETTI EVERY TIME, ADD THE PASTA TO BOILING WATER, BRING TO BOIL AGAIN. COVER & REMOVE FROM HEAT. IT WILL BE DONE IN 20 MINUTES!
Combine cooked pasta & meat mixture in 9 x 13 pan, lightly sprayed with Pam.
Top with the Grated American Cheese & heat at 350 degrees until Cheese is melted.
While visiting with her husband, Doug, Debbie made this dish one night. It was an immediate hit! Now, when making it, especially if the whole Fam. is here, I have to make at least double the recipe to allow for eating again the next day!
