Clean and devein shrimps, saute' in 2 tsp. olive oil, add chopped seasoning, blend in wine and other ingredients along with stewed tomato and tomato sauce. cook for 20 minutes on medium. Serve over Uncle Ben converted rice (enjoy).
This is one of my favorites, especially during cool fall/winter days. I often serve this dish with fresh aparagus prepared baked with olive oil and chopped garlic, sprinkled with a little sea salt and cayenne pepper.
