Stuffed eggs

These are classic STUFFED eggs, but they are NOT deviled eggs. I'm 76 years old and have tried just about every kind of STUFFED eggs folks have made. Deviled eggs MUST have deviled ham as one of the main ingredients. Sorry

time

she's not saying to boil them for that long, just that the process from the first egg cracked to the last one filled takes her about that long.

Devilishly delicious deviled eggs

cover eggs and boil for 15 min. on med heat. Discard hot water, add cold water to eggs and one at a time crack the eggs on the counter and gently roll between your hands to lossen the shell. Peel immediately- no fuss and works.

Favorite hors d'oeuvre

This is a favorite recipe of my grandmothers. However, she subsituted miracle whip for mayo. If I remember correctly, I believe she only boiled the eggs for ten minutes.

35 Minutes?

Is that why your able to "crush the yolks to powder form"?
