Hard boil eggs approx. 35 minutes. cool ,peel, halve eggs. Set egg yolks to the side.
In small mixing bowl, crush egg yolks to powder form. Mix in mayo,mustard & relish (should be a paste like consistency.) stir in salt & pepper.
scoop mixture into halved egg hollows.(can be done using a clear sandwich bag & cutting one of the corners to make a pastry bag effect).Fill all 24 egg halves. Sprinkle paprika over finished eggs. Loosly cover with wax paper and refridgerate.
