Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut into 8 pieces
  • 200 gms onion
  • 500 gms curd
  • 10 gms turmeric powder
  • 10 gms saunf pwoder
  • 10 gms coriander powder

Cooking Instructions

Slice onions and shallow fry till golden brown and keep aside . Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan and put in salt , turmeric chilli powder . Now take it off the flame and allow to cool . Now put in beaten curd . Stir it thoroughly place it back on flame . Now put in chicken pieces . Put some water cover the container and boil till chicken tenders . Add saunf powder and coriander powder . Adjust the seaosing and serve with fried onions on top
