diced tomatoes chicken thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 chicken thighs
  • basil,garlic and oregano flavored can of diced tomatoes
  • small can of stems and pieces mushrooms
  • seasoning salt to taste
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1tbls flour
  • non stick pan

Cooking Instructions

bring water to a boil in a medium pot and season water with seasoning salt or powder. add chicken to remove excess fat from chicken. boil for 20min. remove chicken from pot and place in a shallow pan coated with non stick pan. place in preheated oven of 425. bake 20min. heat oil in large skillet and heat can of tomatoes, flour and mushrooms. mix well over high heat reducing heat as you stir. put mixure over chicken and continue baking an additional 10min. serve with boil white rice and green beans

good eating

This is a very good recipe. I used bowtie noodles instead of rice but it did not change the way the chicken taste. My kids loved it. They said they can not wait for me to make it again.
