Dijon Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 # Butter
  • 5oz Garlic
  • 1cup Flour
  • 1/2 g Milk
  • 2qt Heavy cream
  • 1.5cu Dijon mustard
  • 2tsp Salt

Cooking Instructions

Place the butter in the skillet, add garlic and saute untill slightly brown. Add the flour and cook for 2min while whisking. Add te remaining ingredients. Buerre mix until fully incorporated. Label, and refriderate.
