Dijon Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops , 3/4" thick*
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups) or 1 can Swanson® Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 6 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice

Cooking Instructions

SEASON chops with garlic powder and pepper.

SPRAY nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Heat 1 min. Add chops and cook until browned.

MIX cornstarch, broth and mustard. Add to skillet. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Cover.

COOK over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
