Dijon Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbls Tone's Steak Seasoning (cut down to 2)
  • 2 Tbls All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2 Tbls Dijon Mustard
  • 1 3 1/2-4 lb Boneless Pork loin Roast, Trimmed
  • Garnish: fresh basil leves, cherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub mustard mixture evenly lover roast. Place roast on an aluminum foiled-lined broiler pan. 2. Bake at 475 degrees for 20 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 50 to 55 more minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 155 degrees. Remove from oven, and let stand 15 min. or until thermometer reaches 160 degrees before slicing, Garnish, if desired.
