Drain and cover to keep warm until ready to serve. If using frozen green beans, follow the package instructions for heating.
Blend together the walnut oil, green onion, lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh dill in a serving bowl. Add half of the green beans, tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped walnuts, if desired.
