Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked an chilled rice
  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1/2 lb chicken livers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celerey
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne or to taste

Cooking Instructions

brown hanmburger....drain.set aside.....cook chicken livers, 5 minutes..... set aside an chop into small dice...... cook vegatables in oil til crisp tender....remove from pan....... heat 2 TBL oil in pan..... add all ingeridients to skillet......add seasonings....SnP to taste... cook together 5 minutes
