Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk, and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread into bottom of crust.

Pour 1 cup of milk into large bowl, and thoroughly mix in pudding mix, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. When thickened, spread over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate 4 hours, or until set.

love this recipe

i had this recipe for about 15 years now. a friend had given it to me. I just made it for the 1st time 2 years ago and I have to make it. My family makes me. It is great especially since I can only take a little of a regular pumkin pie. I can actually eat a whole piece of this.

awsome pumpkin pie

I went ahead and cooked the can of pumpkin along with the spices it called for since I did not like the taste of the pumpkin straight out of the can, and it was delicious everyone loved it I will be sure to make it again thanks.

some good stuff

ok now im a male and i cook this a qouck and easy dish to do and it taste great..my family loves it and my job likes it even more..if you havent atleast tried it you missing out.

At first when I read the review I was thinking,"This must be a pretty good pie"Then I read the review of howIt tase nasty uncooked.Now I know it's delicious!!!
