Cooking Instructions

Place eggs in sauce pan and cover with water. Bring water to boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Drain eggs and rinse under cold water. Peel shells from eggs and place in a bowl.

Slice eggs in half, remove yolk into a mixing bowl and place each half on a eggs plate or other contured egg holder.

Add sugar to yolks and mash with a fork. Add mustard, relish, and mayo or Miracle Whip and stir until smooth. You can less of the relish or Mayo according to your taste or consistancy of filling desired.

Place mixture into hole of each half using a spoon or pastry bag. You can mound the mixture or spread to cover the whole half.

Recipe Notes

This is a variation of a basic recipe that covers several generation. My addition to it is the mustard and Dijon only. This is a favorite request of my family on any occasion that I have to bring food. It is also one that I do frequently for a home car
