Using a beer can chicken roaster from www.beercanchickenroaster.com, insert the roaster with can into the back end of the chicken. Place on a gas grill or in an oven and cook until done. If a charcoal grill is used, seperate the coals and place the drip pan with bird and roaster on the bottom grating.
Try a can of Dr. Pepper for a really great variance on this recipe.
