| More

Cooking Instructions

Grease an 8x11 glass pan( I spray with Pam) Open pie filling mix and just dump it in the pan . Smooth over with the back of a spoon to cover bottom. Open cake mix and pour over the pie filling adding a second layer smooth out but do not crumble the chunky pieces adding a second layer. Last step cut the two sticks of butter in to pats laying them on top of cake mix forming lines up and down. You will have pats across the entire glass pan when done. Put in a 350* degree pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool for about five minutes and serve with Vanilla Ice cream on top.

Recipe Notes

This was from my daughters pre-school for a special luncheon with mommy. Needless to say we make it all the time. Everyone loves it and you can vary the fruit filling. Kids love it as well as adults...

Too Sweet

Just making it made me feel bad. Way to much butter and it was to sweet to even eat. No one in my family could eat more than two bites.
