Fabulous...with a tweak or two

Recipe turned out to be delicious except I have a suggestion: When blending cream cheese mixture it turned out to be way too thick to spread on cake batter. I put in microwave for 20-30 seconds at 10 second increments to slightly liquify so it would spread/pour easily over cake and it turned out MUCH easier to work with. ALSO: I split everything evenly and poured each layer (nuts, then coconut, then cake batter, then cream cheese mixture) into 2 round, layer cake pans and had 2 beautiful cakes...one for us and one to share. (Bigger rounds..9" I believe) Wonderful gift and enjoyed by many! Needs no frosting..very rich with a decadent gooey bottom! Highly recommend.
