Ingredients

  • 1- Boiled Eggs
  • 1- T. Kraft Sandwich Spread (store brand works too )
  • paprika
  • red caviar
  • snipped fresh herbs

Cooking Instructions

Halve eggs & put yolks in a bowl .

Add sandwich spread to desired consistency .

Spoon into egg halves .

Top w/ whatever flavor sounds good to you or matches your other food flavors .

Recipe Notes

I learned this in college when fresh shrimp from the gulf coast & a couple dozen eggs were all we could afford for a "civilized " party . It's good for cooking for 2 or 100 !
