Easiest Ever Mikey Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick Blue Bonnet (for baking)
  • 1 bag baking chips (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or raisins (opt.)

Cooking Instructions

In a 3-qt. microwave safe bowl, combine sugar, evaporated milk {not sweetened condensed} and marshmallows. Blend well, then add Blue Bonnet. Microwave mixture on high for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, butter 8" brownie pan. Stir sugar mixture till nearly all the marshmallows are melted. Microwave again for 3 minutes. Stir till all marshmallows ARE melted. Add baking chips and nuts or raisins if desired. Pour into brownie pan and chill one hour. Cut, serve and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Feel free to any flavor baking chips you like. your imagination as to what tastes good together. Mikey fudge refers to the microwave, I nicknamed it "Mikey" when I got my first microwave, it was my new best friend.
