Easy Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 5 cups apples, sliced and peeled
  • 2 Tbs. orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs. chopped pecans

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 375*. Spray glass ( 8 or 9 in square)baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange apples evenly. Drizzle with orange juice. Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Spoon over apples. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake for 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool slightly, serve alone or with ice cream.
