Saute the cut up chicken breasts until they are cooked through, combine the soup,use milk in the soup if you wish , chicken and carrots into a baking dish. Open the bisquits and cut in fours then alternate the pieces to form a quilt effect.on the top leaving a half inch between each piece. You are done. Bake till the bisquits are golden brown.
This is delicious served with a side salad. no work at all really. also it looks fab.
