Easy Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Cooking Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chicken cut into strips
  • 4 Cups Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables
  • 2 TBSP Cornstarch
  • 4 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 4 TBSP Water
  • 4 to Servings of Hot Rice

Cooking Instructions

In a large frying pan or wok, brown Chicken strips in oil.

Add vegetables; cover and heat 5 minutes or until heated through.

In small bowl combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water.

Pour over cooked Chicken; heat just until hot and thickened.

Serve over hot rice.
