easy chicken stir fry

Ingredients

  • 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in strips
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • small amount oil
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1pkg. 16oz Birds eye Sugar Snap Stir Fry
  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups uncook Minute White Rice

Cooking Instructions

cook and stir 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips and 1 tsp. minced garlic in sm. amount of hot oil in lg. skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through.

Add 1-1/4 cups water 1 pkg bird's eye sugar snap stir- fry 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1 tbsp sugar; stir bring to a rolling boil

stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute White rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 1 minute.

Recipe Notes

you can add 1 or 2 chopped boiled eggs if like.
