Melt Butter, In large bowl, beat egg, add Sour Cream, melted butter. Stir in Muffin Mix with both cans of corn (Do not drain Corn) Stir thoroughly. Salt and Pepper for taste. Pour into 2 quart Casserole dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour or until firm.
