Rinse chicken pat dry Season chicken with 2 tbl spoons of season salt and 1 tbl of pepper.
Heat oil to 350 degrees
Pour flour and remaining seasonings into large ziploc bag. Add chicken to flour (4 pieces at a time) shake well remove and knock off excess flour.
Add chicken to oil cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side(larger pieces may take 2-3 mins longer).
Remove chicken to drip pan or paper towels allow to drain let stand 3-5 mins. Serve hot
