Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Kellogs Rice Krispies
  • 2 Tbs Butter (melted)
  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Qt. Your favorite Ice Cream

Cooking Instructions

Melt Choc. Chips and Butter in a large bowl.

Mix in Rice Krispies and press into bottom of large glass pie pan (greased).

Place in freezer until hard to make crust.

Fill with your favorite ice cream, and serve.

Will keep up to 2 weeks in a sealed or covered container in the freezer. (Note: Let set out of freezer a few minutes prior to serving for easier cutting).

Recipe Notes

You can also substitute Butterscotch chips or Peanut Butter for Choc. Chips in crust to suit your tastes. We like Vanilla or Snickers Ice Cream with the Chocolate Crust and Chocolate Marshmallow with a Peanut Butter Crust
